At Naori Tours, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Return Window
You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide instructions for return if approved.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • we only accept Cash on Delivery.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items unless the return is due to a fault on our part ( wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.
